• Reservations for all events are required in advance.
• Reservation confirmation is upon receipt of payment only.
• Payment is required, either by credit card or check, at the time the reservation is made. See rates below.
• Room Rates apply for one or two persons per room. For an additional fee, a rollaway mattress is available for a third person in some rooms, please call for details.
• Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
• Gift Certificates - when making your reservation place gift certificate number in comments line, enter cc info, and we will charge you for remaining balance, if any, mail the certificate to the Innkeepers at East Brother Light Station, Inc. 117 Park Place, Point Richmond, CA 94801
• Rates include parking at the harbor,the boat ride to and from the island, hors d’oeuvres with complimentary champagne, a tour of the lighthouse, a four-course dinner with complimentary wines, and a full breakfast.

Pickup and Checkout Times: 

Overnight guests: Pickup time is promptly at 4:00 p.m. from Point San Pablo Yacht Harbor. Checkout and return to the mainland is by 11:00 a.m.

Day use: Visitors are picked up from the floating dock nearest the harbor office.  There is a waiting area on the deck between the white buildings with blue trim at approximately 11:15 a.m. and returned to the Harbor at approximately 3:45 p.m. (Map & Directions)

Cancellations: Cancellations for overnight visits are subject to a $30 service charge. Overnight cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will be refunded, at 90% of the cost paid, less a $30 service charge, only if the reservation can be rebooked. If the reservation cannot be re-booked, the entire amount is non-refundable.  Rebooking - Guests rescheduling their visits are subject to a $30 rebooking fee.  Rebooking with less than 30 days notice is subject to a $60 rebooking fee.  Day use payments are non-refundable unless the visit is cancelled by East Brother Light Station, in which event, full refund will be made.

Because of strict water rationing, baths and showers are not available to guests who stay only one night. More information about staying at the lighthouse is available in the visitor information section.

Day Use Reservation Process

To make a Day Use reservation with the online reservation system. Click on the reservation link above, in the new browser window, enter the date you wish to visit and select “1 night”, click the “Check Availability” button. Next, on the availability page, in the description for “Day Use – East Brother Light Station” verify the number of units available, matches the number of people you wish to visit the island (i.e. 1 unit = 1 person). Next, click on “Click To Make A Reservation Request” for “Day Use”. In the next screen, enter your personal information, select a “unit” for each person who will visit the island (i.e. if 6 people are visiting the island, then 6 units are required), also enter the total number of people in the “# of guests” entry. Complete the rest of the information and submit the reservation request.
